What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate and assist with mobile and stationary equipment to support quarry production activities
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on equipment and plant systems
  • Load, move, and stockpile materials to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards
  • Support team members across multiple functions to meet production and safety goals

What Are We Looking For

  • Ability to safely operate or learn to operate heavy equipment in a quarry environment
  • Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
