What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the senior functional expert for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), configuring and optimizing maintenance processes including work orders, notifications, preventive maintenance, master data, equipment history, and asset lifecycle management.

  • Support and enhance maintenance-related workflows, including purchasing/source-to-pay processes, while ensuring alignment between SAP configurations and operational requirements.

  • Lead support for SAP Fiori and mobile maintenance applications (e.g., EquipStore, EquipCheck 2.0), including troubleshooting synchronization, offline functionality, device compatibility, and user experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Mobility, Basis, infrastructure) to support integrations, APIs, gateway services, testing, deployments, and post-production activities.

  • Support SAP transformation initiatives (e.g., STEP, S/4HANA migration) while training users and traveling to sites for implementations, go-lives, and ongoing operational support.

What Are We Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) configuration experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.

  • Strong expertise in configuring and optimizing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes, including maintenance and asset management.

  • Strong capability supporting SAP environments (ECC and exposure to S/4HANA), including integrations, workflows, and enterprise-scale operations.

  • Experience supporting SAP Fiori and mobile maintenance solutions, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical and user experience issues.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, train users, and support operational teams.

  • Ability to work independently in both support and project environments, with adaptability to travel and support implementation activities.

Work Environment

This role is based in Irving, Texas, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Travel up to 20% across North America is required to support plant and corporate sites, including project implementation, training, and ongoing operational needs.
