540 is looking for a Technical Project Manager to help lead a rapid software prototype delivery build for the Department of Defense. We are looking for a startup-minded individual with strong technical acumen to work with our Technical Lead closely on an Agile Scrum team. In this project, you will be supporting the implementation of a data-centric platform that collects data from various sources and displays that data into a senior leader dashboard. At 540, our PMs are called Project Anchors. They have overall accountability of the project's success as determined at the outset of the project. You'll be planning, leading, organizing and motivating the team to achieve a high-level of performance and quality, while achieving client success. You'll work closely with the Technical Lead and Product Owner to develop the project and product roadmap and ensure that what's needed is what's built. You'll be interacting with internal and external stakeholders, data owners, technical developers and business analysts as needed, so strong technical and business communication is key. Location: Arlington, VA preferred, with considerable remote work (occasional onsite meetings)
Citizenship & Clearance Requirement: per client requirements, DoD Secret clearance is preferred or must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
