What you’ll get to do:

  • Assist the Plant Manager in day-to-day operations of the cement plant.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.
  • Support maintenance planning and execution to minimize downtime.
  • Lead and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous performance improvement.
  • Support planning and execution of capital and strategic plant projects
  • Act as Plant Manager during absences, making critical operational decisions.

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cement, aggregates, or heavy industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and plant management systems.

Preferred

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance and sustainability practices.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Flexibility for occasional weekend or evening work.

Work Environment:

  • Role operates on-site with physical presence in a plant environment where the conditions include exposure to dust, moving mechanical equipment, varying temperatures, and elevated noise levels.
