Salary:  $45,000-70,000 per year/based on experience

Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with Regional Director, participates in strategic and operational planning for organization; develops and maintains organizational policies, practices, and procedures; establishes budgetary guidelines and means for staying within the specified range; tracks and develops patient referral systems.
  • Leads team members to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
  • Empowers team members to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegates responsibility and expects accountability and regular feedback.
  • Coaches, mentors, and develops staff, including overseeing new hire onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Provides effective performance feedback through recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action, with the assistance of Human Resources when necessary.
  • Assures the implementation of policies, procedures, and practices required to provide quality patient care. Through policy, attitude, and action, develops a strong customer service-oriented organization including the handling of patient complaints and questions.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

Desirables

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • 1-3 yrs experience in a dental office 
  • 1-3 yrs supervisory experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • PC, copier, fax, scanner, telephone
