As a Manager Analytics Marketing, you will will join a very welcoming team cultivating co-elevation principles. He/she will take a leadership role in the development and communication of key performance indicators and strategic analyses for key stakeholders. As part of commercial Excellence Analytics team, you will work with an array of internal and external partners in a highly collaborative setting designed to share data, insights, and perspectives that all contribute to strategic priorities of Abbott Diabetes Care. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Analyze the performance and effectiveness of our HCP, Consumer, Digital and Trade marketing campaigns and promotional activities and provide recommendations for optimizing marketing spend and resource allocation to optimize ROI.
- Develop and maintain the Marketing Dashboard, perform ad-hoc analyses to help marketers deep dive on channel performance.
- Develop statistical models to estimate ROI of marketing initiatives and help the marketing organization optimize promotional budgets.
- Work with the marketing team to design and implement A/B tests to test effectiveness of new or pilot marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with data vendors and marketing agencies to collect new data sources and improve quality of existing data sources to address evolving business needs of marketing stakeholders.
- Work with Commercial Data Management team to collect and analyze campaign performance data across 10+ marketing channels, and other secondary data from a variety of sources (SHA, Komodo, SFMC, Spark, Nielsen, Klick, Adobe analytics, Trade shows, M&IW etc
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Datorama, Tableau, SQL, and Power BI to support data collection, transformation, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Develop and maintain marketing mix attribution model.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations that provide insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Develop relationships with Marketing Strategy and Media partners to optimize learnings and business impact through a collaborative approach to marketing testing and measurement.
- Provide thought leadership on data and technology solutions that will enhance measurement capabilities and business impact.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required
- Bachelors Degree In a Related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 9 years of related work experience.
Preferred
- MBA, MS Degree in Business, Finance Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics
- 5+ years analytical experience desired, preferably in the healthcare industry in a marketing analytics or business analytics role.
- Strategic Consulting Experience
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing analytics at a medical devices firm, proficiency with analytical tools, deep understanding of the healthcare industry, ability to synthesize insights and communicate effectively to senior leadership and manage needs from multiple marketing stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise data management/mining, business performance (KPIs) and marketing tactics effectiveness
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under pressed timelines in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, executive presence capabilities, and attention to detail
- Advanced communication and presentation skills including ability to create impactful power point presentations with visual storytelling and adjust the story/details based on the audience.
- Deep understanding of latest analytical tools and dashboarding technologies, data warehousing, software, process.

The base pay for this position is $125,700.00 – $251,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
