Overview Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Operations 24x7 Support - Special Operations (East/West) on a 10 year contract providing User Facing and Data Center Services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission. The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally. Responsibilities * Serves as the primary point of contact for the integration of new services, overseeing their successful adoption into the program. Also serve as the Operations POC for those new (or special) services. * Leads and manages the integration of operations across all technical service engineering lanes, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency. * Provides strategic managerial support to the Operations Support Leadership team (Operations Services Manager & Ops 24x7 Lead), enhancing the team's performance and service delivery. * Utilizes your ITIL services management and project management familiarity to streamline processes and methodologies within the team. * Remote Access Support, including tier-2 VDI administration * Provides technical surge support in the following areas: * Proactive SLA/AQL Compliance * Systems administration of virtual servers and services * Shift Hours: Mon-Thu 0600-1600ET Tue-Fri 0600-1600ET Qualifications Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to pass CI Poly Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus * Over 5 years of related experience in systems administration in an operational IT Support environment. Required Certifications: * DoD 8140 IAT Level II Compliance or higher Desired Certifications: * ITIL v4 certification Required Skills: * Demonstrated ability to act as a central integration point for new services, ensuring effective adoption and operational excellence. * Excellent leadership, and strategic planning skills, with a focus on delivering results and fostering innovation. * A proactive leader, capable of effectively communicating with a medium to large team or department across multiple disciplines, with both exempt direct reports and other people managers under your guidance. * Effective investigation, triage, and troubleshooting of tier 2+ issues in a virtual environment * Thrives in medium to high complexity environments, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability * Ability to exhibit a high level of emotional intelligence * Exceptionally keen attention to detail * Has an eye for innovation and constantly looks for ways to make the delivery of service more efficient * Systems administration experience in a virtual environment. Experience with Linux-based operating systems is a plus. * Working experience with ITSM software suites, preferably ServiceNow About Abile Group, Inc.
