Overview Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Project Manager on a contract providing Network and Cybersecurity services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to support transport and cybersecurity information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, inclusive of new facilities and building constructions to support the IC mission. The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally. Responsibilities * Provides project management expertise for information technology transport and cybersecurity projects from inception to completion. * Plans, executes, and closes projects that meet or exceed customer objectives. * Creates clear and attainable project objectives, builds project requirements, and manages constraints of cost, schedule, scope, and quality. * Develops project plans, identifies resources (i.e., personnel and materials), schedules, and other relevant information required to achieve project objectives. * Ensures team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members. * Identifies, reviews, and manages risk and risk mitigation activities of the project. * Coordinates schedules to facilitate completion of task and contract deliverables, briefings/presentations, and project reviews. * Conducts internal and external meetings with project stakeholders. * Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, vendors, and other service providers to facilitate the delivery of information technology services. * Coordinates with engineers to validate Bill of Materials (BOM), documents the engineering design/solution, configurations, review, approval, and implementations required to satisfy project requirements. * Coordinates with procurement for ordering BOM. * Coordinates with logistics for receiving materials for project implementation and shipping to end site/location. * Coordinates with security engineers to ensure all required Assessment and Authorization (A&A) steps are completed in accordance with ICD 503. * Provides guidance to project teams to ensure successful implementation and completion of project requirements. * Understands and applies more advanced concepts and processes to daily activities. * Requires minimal guidance and direction from senior level technicians, specialists, and managers. * Works individually and actively participates on integrated teams. * Provides input to Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Award Term briefings and ad hoc reports, as required. * Provides recommendations for continuous process improvements. * Understands the customer's mission and requirements. * Manages the project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts. * Develops the overall project plan and manage project implementation. Qualifications Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI poly Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field (i.e., Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science) or Management with minimum 6 years of relevant experience * 8+ years' experience working in Project Management for DoD / IC Programs. Required Certifications: * Active PMP certification. Required Skills: * Experience managing projects delivering technologically complex transport and/or cybersecurity solutions. * Excellent communications skills * Customer management and interface experience. * Must possess the ability to lead, and delegate responsibility, tasks, and authority. * Experience managing / leading matrix teams working in multiple location simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft applications and other * Project Manager software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint. * Basic understanding of networking and TCP/IP * Basic understanding of defensive cyber operations About Abile Group, Inc.
