Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA, a privately owned agency committed to delivering top-tier ABA therapy, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Washington, DC. As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism, while working collaboratively with our experienced professionals. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Associate Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs)
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions to track progress and inform treatment decisions
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and coworkers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid RBT certification from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and respect client boundaries
