Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in DE. Responsibilities:
Conduct initial behavioral assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients
Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based methods and strategies
Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligible for certification
1+ year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
