Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in DE. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, providing ABA therapy services to children with autism. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial behavioral assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients

  • Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based methods and strategies

  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes

  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligible for certification

  • 1+ year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
