Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Delaware (DE)

As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and their families. Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy sessions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Assist clients with daily living skills, social skills, and behavior management

  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client services

Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent required

  • Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program

  • Must be certified as an RBT by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

  • Minimum of 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field

  • Ability to work effectively with children of varying ages and abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
