As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and their families. Responsibilities:
Implement ABA therapy sessions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Assist clients with daily living skills, social skills, and behavior management
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client treatment plans
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client services
Requirements:
High School education or equivalent required
Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program
Must be certified as an RBT by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
Minimum of 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
Ability to work effectively with children of varying ages and abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
