Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Newark, DE. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ABA services to our clients while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
Responsibilities:
Provide ABA services to clients in a variety of settings, including home and community-based environments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other stakeholders
Conduct assessments, analyze data, and develop strategies to address challenging behaviors
Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent and effective service delivery
Maintain accurate records and reports, including data collection and analysis
Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
1+ years of experience working as a BCBA in a private agency or clinical setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
