Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Lancaster, PA. As a BCBA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering top-tier ABA therapy services to children with autism. We offer flexible scheduling and a NO CASELOAD arrangement, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care without the added stress of managing a bulky caseload.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, in collaboration with our team of experienced behavior analysts

  • Provide ABA therapy services to clients, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies to address challenges

  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists

  • Maintain accurate and thorough client records, ensuring compliance with state and national regulations

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy, incorporating this knowledge into treatment plans and service delivery

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, preferably with children with autism

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
