Job Summary
Able Minds ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in PA. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and their families. Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based methods and protocols
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, with regular revisions and updates
Collaborate with the treatment team, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs
Collect and record data on client progress, using various assessment tools and methods
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
0 years of experience (entry-level positions welcome)
RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
Ability to work flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services
