Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Alexandria, VA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA services to children with autism, while enjoying the flexibility of working on a part-time or full-time schedule. With no caseload, you will have the opportunity to focus on your passion for behavioral analysis and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral analyses and assessments to identify goals and objectives for clients

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' behavioral needs

  • Provide ABA services to clients in a variety of settings, including in-home, clinic, and school-based environments

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and care

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans and objectives

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligible to pursue certification

  • 1+ years of experience in ABA, preferably with children with autism

  • Strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
