Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Virginia (VA)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior plans, and provide ABA therapy to children with autism

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and licensed therapists

  • Analyze data and develop strategies to promote skill acquisition and reduction of challenging behaviors

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the child's care

  • Participate in case consultations, training, and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • 1 year of experience as a BCBA or equivalent experience in ABA therapy

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, theories, and best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
