Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Richmond, VA. As an RBT with Able Minds ABA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and their families. Our RBTs are committed to creating a supportive and therapeutic environment that fosters growth, development, and independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect and record data on client progress, including behavior samples and data sheets

  • Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans

  • Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and centers

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and services provided

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

  • Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent

  • 0 years of experience preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
