Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Richmond, VA. As an RBT with Able Minds ABA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and their families. Our RBTs are committed to creating a supportive and therapeutic environment that fosters growth, development, and independence.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on client progress, including behavior samples and data sheets
Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans
Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and centers
Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and services provided
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements:
Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
