Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in WV. Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism in a home-based setting

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA

  • Conduct assessments, data collection, and analysis to inform treatment decisions

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment plans and progress

  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field

  • Board Certification in Behavioral Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism in an ABA setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
