Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering top-tier ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in assessing, designing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help children achieve their full potential. Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
Design and implement behavior analytic treatment programs, including creating and modifying protocols as needed
Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Provide parent training and consultation to support family implementation of treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely records of client data and treatment plans
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or related field
Ability to travel to client homes and facilities as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
