Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering top-tier ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in assessing, designing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help children achieve their full potential. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities

  • Design and implement behavior analytic treatment programs, including creating and modifying protocols as needed

  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as necessary

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care

  • Provide parent training and consultation to support family implementation of treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client data and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or related field

  • Ability to travel to client homes and facilities as needed

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
