Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in WV. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism. This is a unique opportunity to work in a flexible schedule with no caseload, allowing you to focus on making a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Behavior Technicians, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of client data, treatment plans, and progress reports

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay current on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or Certified Associate Behavioral Analyst (CABA)

  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or intellectual disabilities

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methods, and best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
