Pay: $80.00/hr. to $90/hr. (Union Scale) (as listed on the job requisition)

Responsibilities:
- Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures
- Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
- Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary
- Assists in emergencies as needed
- Travel to customer sites to provide required repairs, maintenance and service to HVAC units, including chillers, boilers and cooling towers.
- Company vehicle/fuel card is provided
- Work on low temperature refrigeration equipment
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
- Low temp, refrigeration experience
- Mechanical background
- Experience with Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers
- Must be EPA Universal Certified
- Must have a valid driver license
- Looking for 5+ years of refrigeration/HVAC experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with low temperature refrigeration
- 5+ years Commercial HVAC experience
