Key Responsibilities:

Operational Systems Management:

  • Epay System Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll through the Epay system, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  • Work Order Management: Manage and close client work orders in the system to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual agreements and performance standards.

Field Operations and Inspections:

  • Conduct regular site visits to truck crews, providing support, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Perform detailed inspections of work performed at various sites to ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectations.
  • Address and resolve field-related issues, escalating when necessary to upper leadership.

Resource Management:

  • Manage and monitor the procurement, inventory, and distribution of supplies to ensure field teams have the resources needed for successful operations.

Travel and Regional Oversight:

  • Travel 90% of the time across Washington, Northern Oregon, and Western Idaho to oversee multiple locations and ensure consistent operations.
  • Build strong relationships with field teams, clients, and regional leadership through regular on-site engagement.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with upper leadership to execute additional duties and initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide mentorship and support to field crews, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field operations management, preferably in a service-based or logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in managing payroll systems (Epay or similar) and client work order systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned regions.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supply chain or resource management.
  • Familiarity with site inspection and quality control protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements.
  • Trunk Mount cleaning experience.
