TARGET ANALYST REPORTER - LEVEL 3 (2024-0078) WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

We are actively hiring a Target Analyst Reporter (TAR), level 3 with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Defense & Homeland Security Division working in Wahiawa, Hawaii. RESPONSIBILITIES * Identify authorizations needed for compliant collection and specific collection requirements * Coordinate and adjust collection in response to mission requirements * Collaborate with developers and analysts to address collection requirements * Support and enforce the policies, regulations and standards for collection * Maintain requirements and tasking knowledge bases * Collaborate across mission stakeholders to identify changes * Support the development of courses of actions to sustain mission * Develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems * Ensure that products conform to customer reporting policy guidance and style standards REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE A degree in any field is acceptable. Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following: policy and compliance, signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection, analysis or processing, and/or networking and telecommunications systems. Completion of military training in a relevant area (such as Signals Collection or Analysis program) will be considered towards the relevant experience requirement (i.e., a 24-week course will count as 6 months of experience).
