3 years of PCU experience required. Traveling experience required. Required Certs: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS. Ratios: 1: 3-6, Flex based on patient populations (PCU-M/S). this position will take MS up to PCU depending on needs.Float Pool currently covers three separate campuses. Majority of shifts will be at the main campus but shift can also be scheduled and Orthopedic Hospital and one other hospital. Staff are notified 2hrs before the start of the shift. RN will float all medical/Surgical floors, PCU’s, Cardiac floors, Rehab, BHH, PACU, and our inpatient holding space for ED. Candidates will not float to the ICUs unless taking a stepdown or modified assignment with an ICU RN as primary.
