2 years of Med surg/Tele experience required. BLS, ACLS required. Ratio is 1:4,5. 20 bed acute care nursing unit providing care to all Interventional Cardiovascular patients and general Cardiology patients. On the procedural side we care for Left and Right heart catheterizations, ablations, pacemaker and defibrillator insertions. We also specialize in care for the Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) patients. We also care for heart failure patients and are the secondary unit for the CT Surgery patient population.
