As Regional Director, you’ll:

Oversee clinical operations in the Charlotte region

Support and collaborate with BCBAs to ensure high-quality care

Conduct mid-authorization reviews and maintain clinical excellence

Foster team morale and a supportive, connected culture

Partner with leadership to help families across NC reach new milestones
