CDL-A Owner Operator Job Details

• Earn up to $338,000 per year* as an Owner Operator. Grow your career with Action and experience high earning potential where drivers average $5,500-$6,500 per week*.
• Percentage pay with real upside. Earn 65% of linehaul + 100% FSC, with strong, transparent earnings.
• OTR schedule with balance. Stay out 1-2 weeks at a time, running consistent national routes.
• Extra pay for your time. Accessorial, detention, and layover pay included.
• Hiring locations: Salt Lake City, UT · Memphis, TN · Gadsden, AL · Hanceville, AL · Mobile, AL · Sumter, SC · Charlotte, NC

Owner Operator Perks & Benefits

• Paid transition support. Earn $750 orientation pay to get you started strong.
• Extra pay for your time. Accessorial, detention, and layover pay included.
• Consistent weekly pay schedules. Get paid every Friday via Direct Deposit or pay card.
• Up to 2% added pay incentive*. When your 4 week rolling revenue average reaches $6k+, you earn an extra 2% of the load on top of your base pay.

Driver Requirements

Tanker:

• CDL-A
• 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience, with 6 months of tanker experience
• Combination Tanker/HazMat (X) endorsement
• Chem experience preferred

End Dump:

• CDL-A
• 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience
• Combination Tanker/HazMat (X) endorsement
• End Dump experience preferred
