ACURA COLUMBUS is hiring now for our team of Automotive Sales Consultants. If you are a motivated self-starter with great people skills, we would like to talk with you! We are in search of experienced sales consultants who are motivated for financial success with strong people skills. Acura Columbus offers a very aggressive and lucrative pay plan for our Sales Consultants.

- Open floor, including leads, distributed round-robin.
Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:
- Determine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening.
- Demonstrate vehicles including test drives.
- Report to the Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analytics.
- Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc.
- Maintain a prospect development system.
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
- Introduce customers to Service Department personnel to emphasize to them the quality of service available in our expert service department.
Requirements - Sales Consultant:
- Previous dealership sales experience is preferred but not required, sales experience in other industries will be considered
- A highly competitive individual who wants to succeed
- Steady work history
- Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and good work ethic
- Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through
- Clean Valid driver's license
