Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead the growth of our amazing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, passion for working with individuals with autism, and possess strong skills in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis. Candidates must have immunization records, CPR Certification, and complete a background check for our company upon hire.

Duties:

  • Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Implement behavior analytic techniques to support individuals with autism
  • Provide patient care and monitor progress
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Effectively carry caseload with an increasing variety of ages and diagnosis
  • Create personalized behavior intervention plans, guiding behavior technicians for effective implementation
  • Supervising assessments, scheduling monthly community visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness, make observations, collect data, chart progress and provide parent education
  • Provide feedback and training to BT & RBT staff, interns, and midlevel supervisors
  • Assist in recruitment in interviewing and hiring RBT's and BCBA's

Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
  • Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and creating behavior intervention plans
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
  • Ability to maintain detailed medical documentation
  • Exceptional communication skills, leadership, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Work well within collaborative teams to meet individual and corporate goals
  • Ability to communicate clinical findings and provide recommendations at a variety of meetings with families
