POSITION TITLE: HR Business Partner
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Human Resource Business Partner will provider HR leadership and support to drive the goals within the entire HR department. This role will provide employee relations, analytics, M&A, and general team member support for over 1500 team members Nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, extensive employee relations experience, have a high level of customer centricity, with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides employee relations and coaching support to ADB’s leadership team including; terminations, discipline, performance management, etc. ensuring leaders are making both ethical and legal people decisions
- Directly supports the Mergers and Acquisitions Strategy including HR diligence and integration steps for all acquisitions nationwide
- Possess a high level of professionalism and confidentiality for all HR Matters
- Partners with HR Leadership to help build and launch the performance management process companywide
- Regularly presents HR processes and best practice training to both team members and leadership including; employee relation best practices, HRIS training, process training, etc.
- Oversees and ensures process efficiency and data integrity within the HRIS system; administers and approves HRIS requests including, terminations, raises, promotions, etc. ensures requests align to ADB’s policies and standards
- Supports and drives the culture within the organization; helps facilitate employee appreciation events and drives engagement and participation
- Highly analytical; independently reviews and provides updates to both HR and Operational leadership on various people items including retention trends, labor cost, exit interview feedback, etc.

Oversees the orientation and onboarding process for all new hires; constantly being innovative and creative with existing processes to drive satisfaction and efficiency

Ensures compliance with federal, multi-state, and local employment laws

Aligns with and drives the HR department scorecard and strategic plan

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This position operates out of a temperature-controlled environment (corporate headquarters) located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- 5+ years of high-level administrative experience required
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience focused on employee relations required
- Experience within a construction environment/industry preferred
- Previous experience leading a team preferred
- BS in HR Management/Business required
The starting pay for this position is $100,000 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
