POSITION TITLE: Senior Systems Analyst

ADB is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join the corporate IT support team. This position is responsible for introducing enhancements while maintaining and supporting information systems to ensure they bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. They will be responsible for configuration, development and implementation of both off the shelf and customr appplications for ADB Companies ensuring we can advance and scale our critical applications as we grow. The Senior Systems Analyst will use innovative thinking and best-in-class problem-solving skills to bring high level product and resolution ideas to our internal users. The ideal candidate will have expert technical knowledge of system software, be highly analytical and forward thinking, with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, configure, and maintain enterprise applications including by not limited to Accounting ERP (Netsuite), PMO software (Monday, Render), HRIS (UKG), and CRM (Netsuite)
- Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements for the replacement of enterprise applications
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts
- Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
- Manage the set-up and configuration of system implementations
- Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
- Provide documentation of all processes and training; includes writing instruction manuals, SOP’s, and training end-users on systems and processes
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
- Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs with the ability to identify optimization opportunities to leverage new functionality with existing systems
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
- Research emerging technologies to identify solutions that can increase the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness
- Performs other duties as assigned

- This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environment
- This position may be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- 5+ years of System Analysis, Configuration and Programming required
- 3+ years of Reporting and Analytics Tools strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
