Technical Sales Engineer – U.S. Market ExpansionAre you an experienced engineer with a strong technical background and project management skills? We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer to provide critical support and drive the growth of our operations in the U.S. market. If you have a knack for solving complex problems and managing intricate projects, we want to hear from you!Must have Vacuum / Filter experience in a manufacturing environment.What you will do:Technical Support:Address technical inquiries and prepare detailed proposals.Conduct technical presentations and training for both customers and internal teams.Project Management:Lead and oversee customer projects from initial concept through to successful commissioning.Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Customer Support:Offer expert technical consultation and support to optimize product applications.Perform on-site visits to address technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide commissioning support.Product Development:Contribute to the customization and development of products to meet the specific needs of the U.S. market.Collaborate with the R&D team to develop innovative solutions.Market Observation and Analysis:Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.Support the development of market entry strategies and competitive analysis.What you will need:Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical field.Additional qualifications (e.g., MBA) are a plus but not required.Experience:Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within an industrial setting.Proven experience in managing technical projects and collaborating with international teams.Technical Expertise:Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, or process engineering.Familiarity with similar industrial products and services is advantageous.Soft Skills:Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to excel in a dynamic, international environment.Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S. and occasionally internationally.Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in German is a plus.Why Join Us?This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of our expansion efforts in a vibrant market.
