Job Description Maintenance Manager - Headland, ALGolden PeanutThis is an exempt level positionThe Maintenance Supervisor has overall responsibility for the material condition of the facility and equipment. The Maintenance supervisor reports to the Plant Manager and the RCM Regional Manager. The focus of this position is the maximize production by focusing on reliability, minimizing upkeep costs, and managing budgets pertaining to repairs and maintenance. The Maintenance Supervisor supports plant production goals with a focus on proactive maintenance to avoid unscheduled losses. experience in Manufacturing/Maintenance Management.Strong mechanical aptitude and/or electrical aptitude.Strong understanding of Manufacturing flow processes, controls and proceduresAbility to understand, develop and manage maintenance planningExcellent oral and written communication skillsMust demonstrate strong leadership ability.Able to climb and work in high areasMust demonstrate high-level of problem solving with a focused approach and team working skillsHigh level of Organizational and Inter-personal skillsWork is performed indoors and outdoors in some environments that are loud and dusty.Proficient in MS Office Suite Job Responsibilities:
