Advanceable ABA is looking for passionate and dedicated RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and related disorders. Join our team and make a daily impact on their development while growing your career!

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

  • Provide 1:1 behavior therapy

  • Track client progress and maintain accurate data

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and clients

  • Adapt sessions based on client needs and BCBA feedback

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs (preferred)

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Empathy, professionalism, and adaptability

  • Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations

  • Reliable transportation

License & Schedule:

  • Driver’s License (required)

  • Registered Behavior Technician (preferred)

  • Monday to Friday, after-school hours

  • Expected hours: 15–25 per week

  • Willingness to travel: 100%

Work Location: In-person, providing services in clients' homes in the Lenoir area.
