Position Overview:
Advanced Behavioral Therapy is a BCBA owned and operated company that is growing in 2026 and is looking to hire an Assistant clinical Director who will work closely with our ABT founder and Chief Clinical Officer. This position has the ability to be at the forefront of the company’s clinical quality and mentorship bridge between our BCBA’s, RBT’s and service provision to ensure high quality ABA services are provided across all regions. This role requires unwavering commitment to ABT’s mission of enhancing clients’ quality of life through evidence-based, culturally competent care.
The ideal candidate is a highly experienced, driven BCBA with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of driving clinical excellence, mentoring staff, and fostering program growth across multiple service settings.
This position is part time or full time, or it can grow into full time at a later point. It has the flexibility to be in person or remote within ABT’s service states of OH and NJ.
Key responsibilities may include:
Support and develop clinical teams across all regions
Mentor and support BCBA’s on a consistent basis to create a supportive and collaborative environment
Facilitate best practice and learning opportunities for BCBAs and RBT’s
Quality assurance and clinical compliance oversight
Parent engagement and support webinars
Staff training and BCBA student program oversight
Client assessments and assessment oversight
Requirements:
Must reside in Ohio or New Jersey
Active BCBA
3+ Years of supervisor/management experience
