Job Title: Project Manager Advanced Technology Leaders has an immediate opening for those ready for an exciting and dynamic career as a Project Manager responsible for overseeing and managing specific tasks or projects. The position requires a combination of leadership, organizational, and communication skills. The Project Manager will ensure requirements are met within the allocated resources of the task order, while properly balancing cost, schedule, and technical performance. Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide project management support that encompasses life cycle of organizational projects. This includes managing project demand, work prioritization, resource scheduling, solution development, and product delivery.
* Develop and implement the controls essential to successful project execution.
* Conduct project meetings, create and maintain project charters and task lists, manage project execution, measure and report project performance, and conduct post-effort retrospective reviews.
* Produce and maintain a portfolio of projects so that project dependencies and relationships can be easily identified across the organization.
* Develop and maintain a library of project templates and past project artifacts to promote continuity, reusability, and reproducibility of Government business processes.
* Coordinate and manage the overall service provided to customer end-to-end.
Minimum Qualifications: * Ten (10) or more years of documented experience
* Knowledge of resource management principles and techniques
* Knowledge of how information needs and collection requirements are translated, tracked, and prioritized
* Skill in communicating with all levels of management
* Skill in the ability to translate, track, and prioritize information needs
* Ability to prioritize and allocate resources correctly and efficiently
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent
