Location: In-home (with potential for center-based services) - Southern Denver-Metro, Aurora, and Castle Rock RBTs encouraged to apply.

Advanta Autism Care is a clinician-led and innovative ABA therapy company dedicated to providing high-quality services for children with Autism Specturm Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. As we work to expand our organization across community and home settings, we are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help launch and oversee our in-home services and play a pivotal role in future growth.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA services to children and adolescents in their homes, following individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Ensure that data on client progress are accurately collected, recorded, and reported to the BCBA.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies across different environments.
- Assist in developing program materials.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information and adhere to ethical standards in behavioral health practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral therapy.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience and Qualifications:
- Hold/maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Proficient in ABA terminology
- Ability to work with a range of ages, abilities, and behavior presentations
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and behavior intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passionate about working with children and their families
- Experience with Central Reach data collection and scheduling is a plus!
- Flexibility to work in both home/community and center-based settings
- Ability to pass a background check and reference check
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
