The role you’ll contribute:
Works under the direction of the iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Process Manager or Manager and is responsible for completing Supply Chain / Maintenance related activities including but not limited to: data conversion, functional specifications, program software system quality testing, and support within all projects whether system or operational. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the integrity, effectiveness and efficiency of services related to the Supply Chain / Maintenance Modules. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst will be assigned support tickets needing resolution, as well as, perform testing in partnership with various internal and external stakeholder teams.

- Support Supply Chain / Maintenance application(s) and the team member efforts to optimize system effectiveness by improving existing business processes, productivity, efficiency and quality.
- Assist with maximizing their value while maintaining overall strategic priority to facilitate cross-functional integration by actively participating in facility requirements gathering sessions to determine and document objectives and gaps for system implementation to support all Supply Chain / Maintenance processes, forms and applications.
- Willingly contribute and share ideas, system knowledge and understanding of core Supply Chain / Maintenance business processes to increase team/project effectiveness and establish positive working relationships throughout the project by a positive work attitude and an inclusive team environment.
- Build a communication plan to assure effective involvement in the project:
o Act as resource/liaison to all internal and external stakeholders as directed to ensure solutions related to identified gaps are completed on time, leading to successful experience for all internal and external stakeholders
o Communicate effectively with all stakeholders with precise clarity, timeliness, honesty, and balance in oral and written communications
- Due to the potential of our work product, this role contributes to patient safety. The Senior Analtst must display consistent attention to detail to routinely create and present quality documentation and knowledge share through display of skills as a self-starter, quick learner and ability to work productively without supervision.
- Function in a fluid environment to meet changing scope and task deadlines, to support multiple projects and/or initiatives, delivering on-time outcomes as specified within the project plan framework, including potential delays, gaps, issues or situations impacting outcomes, escalating to manager for potential plan revisions and /or remediation
- Think strategically about the bigger picture in relation to tasks, corporate vision and the impacts on other projects and all stakeholders
- Testing Responsibilities:
o Research and understand changes to the software that will affect work stream and how it affects all other workstreams to document and present findings.
o Develop test scripts and document all updates, code objects and enhancements for both positive and negative testing
o Hands on testing to understand, recommend changes to enhance test scrips to meet both positive and negative testing requirements
o Communicate findings and collaborate with others, record with properly documented findings and escalate issues.
o Document/provide input on lessons learned and share with all workstreams
- May require off hours support based on project activities
- Travel, including out of state is up to 50%
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- Bachelor's Degree required or 10-15 years combined healthcare experience related to Supply Chain or Maintenance Management or equivalent experience may be considered
- 2-4 years project/process design or improvement analysis, Business Analyst, Supply Chain application support
- Advanced system/application/data troubleshooting
- Project/process design or improvement analysis skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Experience related to Supply Chain in Healthcare preferred
- Prior training experience
- Prior CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software)
- Strong presentation skills
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:
- CMRP, PMP, or Six Sigma Certification
