Do you have strong interpersonal skills and know how to foster a positive and engaging work environment? In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the integration team with compassionate patient care at de novo locations across the region. You'll work collaboratively with the care team and assist with training the staff of the acquired location. This role requires extensive travel and on-call responsibilities. Most importantly, you will help ensure all patients are receiving consistent quality care and that care team members have the support they need to effectively manage the transition.
