SUMMARY A full range of information technology (IT) support services is necessary to satisfy enterprise missions, goals and objectives in the areas of IT Services, Enterprise Design/Integration/Consolidation, IT Education/Training, IT Program/Project Management, Systems Operations and Maintenance, Network Support, and embedded Information Systems Security, Cyber Security and Information Assurance to the Program Executive Office Aviation (PEO AVN) Information Technology Support Services. DUTIES Assist with accountability of mobile device services throughout the entire service lifecycle. Assist with continual improvement and the management of change affecting the services under their care and is a primary stakeholder in all the underlying IT processes which enable or support the service they represent. Responsible for providing basic technical support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining equipment in accordance with PEO AVN OCIO protocols (i.e., various mobile device hardware, mobile device operating systems). Troubleshoot wireless carrier network services such as voice, data, Short Message Service (SMS), Multimedia Messaging Services (MMS), data tethering, mobile hot spot, management of carrier mobile telephone numbers between devices, etc. Accurate tracking and accountability of mobile devices hardware. Customer service and a willingness to help resolve users issues are the top skills sought for this role. Qualifications • Education and Certifications CompTIA Network + or CompTIA Security+ Certification.
• Background Needed and Years of Experience 5+ years of IT support and customer service. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Must Have Technical Skills • Experience with IT/Tech Support, Administration, Training, Customer Service. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, SharePoint, DEPO, Purebred, ITAS.
