Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Observe and assess patient behavior to gain valuable insights and develop personalized care strategies. 
  • Design and implement dynamic ABA curriculum plans to help individuals thrive. 
  • Analyze ABA data and create detailed reports to track progress and determine the most effective treatment methods. 
  • Collaborate with case managers, parents, and caregivers to ensure top-tier care is consistently delivered. 
  • Uphold a high level of respect and professionalism while ensuring the well-being and comfort of clients during therapy sessions. 
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support our mission of delivering exceptional care. 

What We’re Looking For in a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) : 

  • Proven experience in a BCBA role or similar position. 
  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
