Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and assess patient behavior to gain valuable insights and develop personalized care strategies.
- Design and implement dynamic ABA curriculum plans to help individuals thrive.
- Analyze ABA data and create detailed reports to track progress and determine the most effective treatment methods.
- Collaborate with case managers, parents, and caregivers to ensure top-tier care is consistently delivered.
- Uphold a high level of respect and professionalism while ensuring the well-being and comfort of clients during therapy sessions.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support our mission of delivering exceptional care.
What We’re Looking For in a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) :
- Proven experience in a BCBA role or similar position.
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
