We are currently seeking Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in Nevada.
Position Summary
The BCBA is responsible for the development, implementation, and supervision of individualized behavior intervention programs. This role includes conducting assessments, training and supervising clinical staff, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring ethical and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians
Monitor client progress through data analysis and program modification
Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other professionals as needed
Ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines and state regulations
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Licensed in the state of Nevada
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
