Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with autism in a clinic or home setting

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Collaborate with other RBTs and BCBAs to ensure consistency and continuity of care

• Maintain accurate records and reports, and support data analysis and outcome measurement

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

• Availability for part-time schedule, with flexibility to accommodate changing client needs
