Now Hiring: Labor Technicians Chandler, AZ

We're looking for motivated and dependable Labor Techs to join our team in Chandler, Arizona for an upcoming project!

Starting Pay: $21+/hour
Hours: 50+ hours per week
Experience: No prior experience required training provided!

In this role, you will assist in operating and maintaining vacuum and hydro excavation trucks across various industrial job sites. This is a physically demanding, safety-sensitive position that plays a vital part in supporting our field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain hydrovac trucks and equipment.
  • Remove debris using shovels; lift and replace manhole covers.
  • Crawl and kneel in confined spaces and tight access areas.
  • Handle and transport inventory to and from job sites.
  • Work around heavy machinery, biohazards, and sewage.
  • Prepare work areas by setting up appropriate safety measures.
  • Perform minor inspections and basic repairs on hydrovac equipment.
  • Ensure vehicles and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
  • Complete required forms, service tickets, and documentation accurately.
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.
  • Comply with OSHA regulations and local/federal DOT requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Regular attendance and participation as part of a 2-man crew.
  • Travel to job sites and overnight stays are required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate required equipment safely and effectively.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in confined space entry, sewer line cleaning, or construction safety.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.

Work Conditions:

  • Outdoor work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
  • Exposure to chemicals, sewage, and hazardous materials.
  • Must be able to wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, etc.).
  • Physically demanding role: standing, sitting, climbing, bending, lifting.
  • Occasional use of protective visual or auditory equipment.
