Now Hiring! Heavy Equipment Operator (Non CDL) Morenci, AZ & West Phoenix

We're hiring non CDL operators to support hydrovac and industrial cleaning work in the Morenci mines and across West Phoenix. This is a physical, outdoor role working around heavy equipment and active industrial sites.

Pay: $18+/hr (Pay is competitive and based on experience)

What You'll Do

  • Assist with operating and maintaining hydrovac and industrial vacuum trucks (no CDL needed)
  • Perform digging, debris removal, and cleanup using hand tools
  • Lift manhole covers, hoses, and heavy materials
  • Work in confined spaces, utility vaults, and tight areas
  • Set up job site safety zones and follow mine site rules
  • Handle equipment checks, basic repairs, and daily maintenance
  • Complete paperwork and service tickets accurately
  • Travel between job sites; overnight stays may be required
  • Support a 2 man crew and perform additional field tasks as needed

Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • Able to work safely around heavy machinery and utilities
  • English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Pass drug screen and background check (mine site requirement)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Comfortable working in mine environments and industrial settings

Preferred Experience

  • Mining, construction, utilities, or industrial labor
  • Confined space entry or sewer/line cleaning
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills

Work Environment

  • Outdoor work in extreme Arizona weather
  • Exposure to dust, chemicals, sewage, and hazardous materials
  • Must wear full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, etc.)
  • Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling, and physical labor

Benefits:

Benefits are available to full-time employees (30 or more hours per week).
