Pay: $21+/hr (starting pay is competitive and based on level of experience)

Schedule: Full time, year round work.

Location: Phoenix + surrounding areas

AIMS Companies is hiring Industrial Coating Technicians to join our manhole rehabilitation crew. This is a hands on, physical job working outdoors and in confined spaces. You'll work on a 2 person crew performing cleaning, prep work, and applying epoxy or cement coatings inside manholes.

If you have construction, general labor, utility, or equipment operator experience, you'll fit in quickly.

What You'll Do

• Clean, prep, and coat manholes using spray equipment
• Set up and break down hoses, vac trucks, and tools
• Work in confined spaces (training provided)
• Assist with hydro excavation and vacuum truck operations
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Communicate with your crew and supervisor
• Travel locally to job sites around Phoenix

What You Need

• Valid driver's license
• Able to work in confined spaces and outdoor weather
• Able to lift, kneel, crawl, and perform physical labor
• Pass drug screen and background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED

Experience with epoxy, coatings, or manhole rehab is a plus but not required - we train.
