RiverTech, an Akima company, is hiring a Material Expediter to support the DSLM contract in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Material Expediter will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and continuous flow of materials between different departments and AFSCN sites according to supply demand and schedule. Material Expediter's duties include but are not limited to material handling equipment, asset handling, inventory control, receiving, shipping, and Test, Measurement, Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) calibration, repair, & certification support, according to established internal processes, procedures, and Performance Work Statements (PWS) that are derived from Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force Instruction (AFI), Military Standard (MIL-STD) guidelines and policies. Responsibilities * Designs and implements changes to the DSLM Enterprise Data Information Management System (EDIMS), and other SharePoint environments. * Coordinates closely with cybersecurity, networking, software, and test engineering teams.
* Supports patch management and software updates for the EDIMS SharePoint Environment.
* Troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft application security patch installations as related to the SharePoint environment.
* Creates installation and rollback plans.
* Assists in every day troubleshooting to ensure 24/7/365 Access to the EDIMS Environment.
* Develops new workflows and site functionality based on user requests. Qualifications * Active SECRET security clearance, or higher
* Must be a US Citizen
* Two (2) years of directly related work experience to meet the responsibilities and qualifications of this position
* Preferred associate degree in Electronics, or equivalent experience
* Must be able to climb high ladders, work on elevated platforms and antennas
* Must be able to perform strenuous physical work to include walking, lifting, pulling loads, bending, kneeling, sitting and reaching overhead
* Must possess strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
* Must be able to read, write and clearly speak English
* Must be familiar with the use of and be able to operate electronic test equipment to include multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, frequency counters, signal generators, power meters, and data analyzers
* Position may require additional government certifications, as necessary
