Plumbing Service Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including water heaters, sewer mains, water service lines, drain systems, and fresh water re-pipes.
- Deliver excellent service while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
- Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
- Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
Plumbing Service Technician Requirements
- 3-4 years of residential plumbing experience
Water heater replacement experience a plus
Ability to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces or tight areas
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must pass background check and drug screen
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
