Al Packer’s White Marsh Ford is looking for an experienced, customerâ€'focused Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our busy Parts Department. If you thrive in a fastâ€'paced dealership environment, and want to grow with a respected Ford dealership, this is the role for you. The focus is on making sure the technicians have the parts they need to enable customers to get their vehicles back as quickly as possible. Must work well with technicians and advisors in a fast-paced, high-volume multi-shop environment.

Key Responsibilities – Parts Counter Person:
- Assist retail customers, wholesale accounts, and internal technicians with accurate parts lookup and ordering
- Provide exceptional customer service at the counter, over the phone, and via email
- Maintain upâ€'toâ€'date knowledge of Ford OEM parts, accessories, and catalog systems
- Process parts orders, returns, warranties, and special requests efficiently
- Ensure parts are pulled, staged, and delivered accurately and on time
- Maintain inventory integrity through proper stocking, labeling, and organization
- Support the Parts Manager with daily operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Dealership and CDK experience required
- Ford parts experience preferred
- Must work well with technicians and advisors in a fast-paced, high-volume multi-shop environment
- Strong knowledge of OEM parts catalog systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a highâ€'volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable, professional, and teamâ€'oriented
